Responsibilities

• Process and review shop drawings and drawings for accuracy.
• Partner with project scheduling system to keep milestones on track.
• Perform detailed drafting and create/ update as-built documents.
• Serve as owner and architect/engineer contact on projects.
• Coordinate procurement and purchasing of materials.
• Survey construction job sites and verify conditions.
• Oversee job site safety and compliance.
• Track, audit, and report labor hours for projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Prepare daily and periodic project reports.
