Job summary

MEI Rigging & Crating is seeking a Project Coordinator to support regional operations by tracking project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures to ensure on-time delivery. You will work with regional leadership and clients to establish action plans, coordinate resources, and manage meetings across teams.

Responsibilities include documenting decisions, adjusting tasks to meet deadlines, and developing rigging strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in construction, rigging, or related field helpful.
• Prior project coordinator experience within construction/rigging preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Excellent team building and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Organized, detail oriented, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Business acumen and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with regional leadership to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
• Organize, attend, and participate in management and/or project meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assume project tasks as required, determine changes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop rigging strategies and coordinating tasks, and disseminate to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained and communicated.
• Evaluate project risks, issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Assist with material sourcing and product procurement.
• Perform all other tasks as directed.
