We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! This is an exceptional opportunity to support the development and construction of our innovative parks. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Organize and track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings and communications.
  • Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Identify and address potential budget overruns or issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
  • Manage project files and documents.
  • Assist with procurement and vendor management.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
