Job Description

A leading healthcare system is seeking a fully remote Project Coordinator. This resource will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and communications, serving as the main contact for stakeholders. They will manage the National Community Engagement Group (NCEG) Publication Subcommittee, develop relationships with community partners, and oversee the creation of engagement toolkits. The role involves assisting with manuscript writing, involving patient caregivers, and resolving conflicts. The candidate will support Janelle with leadership tasks, NIH staff coordination, and scheduling. They will facilitate kick-off calls for manuscripts and track progress. Proficiency in tools like Calendly, SharePoint, and Doodle is required. Comfort and trust in speaking with others are essential. This candidate will manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance with regulations and assisting with administrative tasks. They will facilitate meetings, manage relationships, and oversee the Representative Authorship Program. They will develop plain language materials and collaborate on summary videos, providing consultation on dissemination strategies. The candidate will lead onboarding sessions, maintain orientation materials, and conduct training assessments. They will oversee IRB submissions, share study findings, and support data management.

Skills And Requirements

Bachelors degree in public health, healthcare administration, social sciences, or related field.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in clinical research coordination or community-engaged research.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, Asana, SharePoint).

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills. PMP or related credentials

Knowledge of medical and scientific terminology.

Familiarity with national multi-site research studies or NIH-funded initiatives.

Experience working with marginalized or underrepresented communities.

Hands on manuscript experience preferred but lots of training materials null
