Job summary

Riley Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Kenosha, WI and Waukegan, IL area. The role works closely with the Project Manager and, at times, the Project Engineer, organizing and distributing project information among stakeholders.

Responsibilities include administering subcontracting, change orders, submittals, meetings, site mobilization, and closeout coordination in Viewpoint. The position also supports bidding and billing activities with thePM/Engineer as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 0-2 years past experience in multi-task coordination of construction management projects.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Viewpoint are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates project administrative support and communication among PM, Superintendent, Subcontractors, Owner and Architect.
• Enters data and issues subcontracts, change orders and purchase orders in Viewpoint.
• Creates and maintains submittal, closeout and punch list logs in Viewpoint with PM/Supt support.
