Job summary

Muleshoe Buildings, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive construction projects from contract execution to final walkthrough. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, keeping clients informed while ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in construction project management, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and comfort with project management and CRM software. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management (metal building experience preferred).
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using project management and CRM software.
• Ability to travel to job sites and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Track budgets, process change orders, and coordinate invoicing.
• Serve as the main client point of contact with weekly updates.
• Lead and support crews, subs, and vendors to maintain safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure code compliance.
