Job summary

Muleshoe Buildings, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive construction projects from contract execution to final walkthrough. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, keeping clients informed while ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in construction project management, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and comfort with project management and CRM software. Travel to job sites is required.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind assigned construction projects -- from contract execution to the final walkthrough. You'll coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, keep clients informed, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on schedule.
