The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and familiarity with Excel and construction-management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Construction Manager.
• Project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project.
• Coordinate with professionals to determine project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
• Secure permits and licenses.
• Ensure site professionals comply with safety regulations.
• Schedule milestones and track progress.
• Estimate costs and keep the project within budget.
