Responsibilities

• Track progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Liaise between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist with quotes, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, including scheduling and payments.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to sites.
• Help conduct site inspections and safety/compliance checks.
• Maintain safety meeting records and incident reports.
• Manage project-related correspondence and provide administrative support.
• Take site photos and save documents to Dropbox.
