Reports to: Vice President of Construction
Principal Objective of the Position: This key position will assist in all aspects of the construction project management process. The Construction Project Coordinator shall specifically oversee the document control process by utilizing RealAmerica Construction LLC’s Procore software for construction projects. The position will also be responsible for training necessary staff in the Procore software program along with helping to create and implement written safety processes and procedures (i.e. checklists) at all job sites.
Training/Education
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of previous experience in Construction industry in administration
Experience/Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Blue Beam
• Proficient in ProCore software
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in fast paced environment
• Effective time management skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think analytically and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with OSHA regulations
• Ability to create safety documents and programs

• Proven office management, construction administrative or assistant experience
• Knowledge of construction office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in Procore software program
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office and related software
• Provide document control software training and support to the construction department
• Create templates in Procore and manage setup of each project
• Receive, log and review subcontractor prequalification forms for compliance with company policy and standards; assist with reviewing and revising company policies and standards when necessary
• Assemble all subcontracts utilizing Procore/DocuSign, distribute and track through execution
• Secure properly executed subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, bonds and other documents as necessary
• Assist site superintendent in setup of project mobilization
• Assist with creating and implementing safety processes and procedures for all job sites
• Utilizing Procore, upload and oversee the organization of all project documentation
• Create and maintain safety documents, manuals, forms, signs, and toolbox talks
• Other duties as assigned

Contacts and Liaisons: The Construction Project Coordinator will regularly communicate with all necessary RealAmerica Company employees, outside vendors, tenants, and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
