Job summary

CSG/Ceco is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support field operations on concrete frame and formwork projects. You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance while coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or Construction Management, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel for assignments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree, or its equivalent.
• 1–2 years of work experience supporting project coordination in construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs site inspections/audits of shoring, rebar, safety, and quality.
• Assists managing productivity, costs, quality and safety in line with policies.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Creates and coordinates material and equipment schedules and promotes efficient use.
• Coordinates subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
