Job summary

You will assist with coordinating projects, maintaining schedules and budgets, and communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, project coordination, or related roles.
• Understanding of construction processes, schedules, and docs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction management software a plus.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documents.
• Track RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and other project documents.
• Monitor progress and identify scheduling or budget concerns.
• Attend meetings and communicate updates with clients and project team.
• Assist with material procurement, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Help ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
