Clune Construction is seeking a detail‑driven professional to support preconstruction and project coordination across healthcare, commercial interior, and mission‑critical projects. You will manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and schedule inputs while collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• Background in construction trades and technical knowledge of construction methods required.
• 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects required.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and preconstruction efforts by coordinating pursuit information, reviewing RFP requirements, assisting with client presentations, organizing project information, and supporting budgeting activities across conceptual to lump sum.
• Coordinate preconstruction planning activities by aligning project documentation, logistics, constructability reviews, procurement requirements, and value engineering.
• Coordinate subcontractor procurement activities by preparing bid packages, maintaining bidder information, managing proposal collection, clarifying scope, and tracking execution.
• Coordinate project startup and execution planning by supporting kickoff meetings, organizing project controls, assisting with schedules, logistics, procurement activities, and communication plans.
• Manage assigned project documentation workflows by coordinating RFIs, submittals, document distribution, logs, reporting requirements and follow-up.
• Support project financial management activities by coordinating cost tracking, reviewing commitments, assisting with change orders, supporting billing workflows and CMiC updates.
• Coordinate project communication and stakeholder alignment by preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and updating project status with owners, architects, engineers, and trades.
• Support construction operations and field coordination by scheduling activities, tracking procurement, QA/QC, safety, site visits, and logistics.
• Coordinate project closeout by tracking punch lists, organizing closeout docs, coordinating trades, and assisting with turnover.
• Contribute to team development and process improvement through mentoring, recruitment, training, lessons learned and standard workflows.
