Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Texas seeks a driven Project Coordinator to support project and field management, and to help organize the team to work at peak potential.

This role involves assisting with statements of work, submittals, change management and daily/weekly reporting; reviewing plans and preparing contract feature checklists; tracking compliance documents and submitting JSAs and Shift Logs; and contributing to other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Project Coordinator experience, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High-level of motivation to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing statements of work, submittals, change management and necessary daily and weekly reporting.
• List items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the work.
• Assist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attention.
• Tracking compliance documents.
• Reviews and submits all JSAs and Shift Logs.
• Other tasks or projects as assigned.
