Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, project coordination, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and administration.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (contracts, plans, reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Track purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and project-related expenses.
• Assist with scheduling inspections, site visits, meetings, and other activities.
• Maintain accurate project files and up-to-date documentation.
