Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, partners with a construction/engineering client to hire an experienced Project Coordinator. Open to working at La Mirada, Houston, Austin, Charlotte, Portland, Sumner, or Fremont offices; onsite with occasional jobsite visits.

Responsibilities include supporting purchasing, managing Nexus data, scheduling, and handling change orders while coordinating with PMs, engineers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management preferred.
• 1+ years Project Coordinator experience.
• Proficiency with Nexus preferred.
• Field experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests.
• Manage project data/documentation in Nexus.
• Assist with schedule management.
• Support change order processes and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and customers.
• Monitor procurement-related issues.
