Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, partners with a well-established construction/engineering company headquartered in La Mirada, CA to hire an experienced Project Coordinator.

The role supports purchasing, project data management in Nexus, scheduling, change orders, and collaboration with project managers, engineers and customers. It requires onsite work with occasional jobsite visits to several regional offices, including La Mirada, CA and other regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management is preferred.
• 1+ years of Project Coordinator experience is common for this role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests.
• Manage project data/documentation in Nexus.
• Assist with schedule management.
• Support change order processes and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and customers.
• Monitor procurement-related issues.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $60-75k+ (based on experience)
