Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established construction/engineering firm to hire an experienced Project Coordinator. The position is open to working at any of the regional offices: La Mirada CA, Houston TX, Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Portland OR, Sumner WA, Fremont CA.

Full-time, onsite with jobsite visits as needed. Open to candidates who bring a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Business Management and 1+ year of Project Coordinator experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management preferred.
• 1+ years Project Coordinator experience.
• Proficiency with Nexus (preferred).
• Strong analytical & organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests.
• Manage project data/documentation in Nexus.
• Assist with schedule management.
• Support change order processes & ensure documentation is properly maintained.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers & customers.
• Monitor procurement-related issues.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $60-75k+ (based on experience)
