Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Construction Engineering or 3 years of construction project experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and PDF editing.
• Experience with Procore and Viewpoint software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists SPM/PM in permits, proposals, submittals, contracts and change orders.
• Reviews specs and drawings to prepare subcontractor scopes.
• Maintains project schedules and tracking reports; expedites field paperwork.
