Job summary

Intertek in York, PA is seeking a Building & Construction Project Coordinator to support client outreach, proposal development, and project coordination for the Northeast region. This role collaborates with local management to pursue opportunities and drive growth, with travel up to five days per month and a Monday–Friday, 40–45 hour work week.

You will build client relationships, manage project details, and communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Commercial Construction experience.
• Ability to learn building envelope systems and installation methods.
• Aptitude for working independently on assigned projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and team.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality proposals and detailed scopes of work tailored to client requests.
