Job summary

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for facility planning and construction. You will support and coordinate construction and major renovation projects, and may independently manage minor improvements to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

Key duties include coordinating activities across disciplines, maintaining documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with scope and budget.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree in architectural & engineering technology, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience; OR two (2) years of demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support II at SCF.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate construction and major renovation projects and may manage minor improvement projects.
• Assist, direct, and coordinate facility-related construction and renovation activities to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate across disciplines, maintain documentation, and communicate with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with scope and budget.
