ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Fort Worth team after a training period in the Dallas office. This role focuses on improving project performance, setting up processes, and driving personal success from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of related experience; construction administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Typing letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, and timesheets.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals, schedule work, and assemble proposal books promptly.
• Maintain project lists, subcontract tracking, filing, and vacation lists.
• Prepare Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, AGC Agreements, Professional Service Agreements, and transmittals.
• Coordinate travel and meetings; book travel and arrange lunches.
