Responsibilities

• Coordinate scope review for final designs; prepare cost estimates and negotiate with consultants.
• Direct design/planning; review designs, lifecycle costs, and specs with stakeholders.
• Analyze change orders, claims, and agreements; assist in negotiations.
• Develop schedules, control costs, and secure approvals for documents.
