Job summary

You will track, organize, and validate project data such as labor, equipment, and costs, while prioritizing critical needs and ensuring on-time delivery.

This full-time role requires collaboration with field teams and management across the project lifecycle, including bids, accruals, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize needs and track project data such as labor, equipment, and costs.
• Provide administrative support to operations and manage files for bids and contracts.
• Set up new jobs in the ERP and assist with change orders and closeouts.
• Maintain records, reporting, and accruals for customers and management.
• Coordinate with field teams and ISNetworld to validate data and timelines.
• Assist in presenting project and financial data for resource meetings.
