Job summary

New River Electrical is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator with construction industry knowledge to support the Operations function and their projects. You will track, organize, and validate project data such as labor, equipment, and costs, prioritizing needs to ensure on-time delivery of what is most critical.

You will work with field teams and management to collect information through the project lifecycle, assist with bids, ERP setup, invoicing, safety plans, and data integrity, reporting

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or hands-on experience in construction, preferably utilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong discretion, judgment, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize needs and manage deadlines under pressure.
• Provide administrative support to operations and project teams.
• Maintain filing systems and records (physical and electronic).
• Assist PM with bids, change orders, and project setup in ERP.
• Track project costs, labor, equipment, and billing data.
• Coordinate with field teams and management for data collection.
• Support monthly accrual reporting and safety plan submissions.
• Help with liens, notices, and insurance certificates.
• Assist in presenting project data for resource meetings.
• Ensure data integrity with field personnel and project controls.
