New River Electrical Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to support their operations and manage project data. This full-time role involves prioritizing multiple needs and working closely with field teams to ensure effective project tracking and organization.
The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in managing bids, reporting project data, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. An Associate’s degree or hands-on construction experience is required, along with strong skills in MS Office and communication.
New River Electrical is looking for a qualified Project Coordinator with knowledge in the construction industry. As the Project Coordinator, you will support the Operations function and their projects. You will work hands on with the tracking, organization, and validation of project data such as labor, equipment, and other applicable project costs. You will prioritize multiple needs ensuring on time delivery of what is most critical. This role works with field teams and management to collect and track pertinent project information through the project lifecycle. This position will report to the Project Coordinating Supervisor.

This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
