Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn building envelope systems and installation methods.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication with clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality proposals and detailed scopes of work for clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Engage with local industry associations to stay informed on market trends.
• Oversee project coordination including planning, scheduling, and execution with clear communication.
