Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in construction admin, project coordination, billing, or office admin.

• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with monthly project billings, pay apps, lien docs, compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate job starts, project setup, work orders, budgets, phase codes, change orders, and project records.
• Process service billings, maintain billing templates, support payroll time-entry accuracy.
• Manage subcontractor documentation: POs, contracts, certificates, lien releases, certified payroll, and compliance.
• Assist with accounts receivable, collections updates, and accounts payable as needed.
• Complete certified payroll, EEO reporting, and other project admin tasks for PM team.
