Job description

• This is a genuinely fast-paced environment with constant shifting priorities. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Show genuine support and assistance to the Project Coordinator lead throughout the customer journey—from showroom to installation.
• Capture and confirm customer contact details and preferred communication methods for seamless follow-up.

Order Management & Communication

• Partner with the sales team to manage and communicate order pipelines and client expectations.
• Perform thorough quality checks on customer orders to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Proactively communicate product delays, extended lead times, or availability issues with internal teams.
• Ensure products are ordered and placed on POs in time to meet the client’s anticipated need-by dates. Scheduling & Coordination
• Coordinate and confirm product deliveries, shipments, and pickups within the team and the warehouse logistics team. Schedule appliance installations in alignment with customer needs and project timelines.
• Ensure all order details, communications, and updates are accurately recorded in internal systems.
