We’re a growing family-owned light commercial and residential construction company focused on high-quality renovations and new home builds.

As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep our job sites and materials running smoothly.

This role is key to supporting our Project Manager and field teams with planning, logistics, and execution of daily project needs. We emphasize a value-driven approach: 'We Design, Build, and Trust.'

Our company oversees both design and construction phases, enabling clients to engage fully in these stages while relying on our expertise to navigate construction complexities.

We offer a seamless experience, managing everything from concept to completion so our clients can count on us.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and returns with suppliers and vendors.
  2. Maintain inventory tracking for tools, materials, and equipment across job sites.
  3. Visit job sites regularly to verify deliveries, track progress, and relay updates.
  4. Support project scheduling and ensure key dates and milestones are tracked.
  5. Assist with permit submissions, subcontractor coordination, and site readiness.
  6. Help maintain project documentation, logs, and communication channels.
  7. Identify and resolve delivery or material issues to avoid project delays.
  8. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines and budgets stay on track.
Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of experience in residential construction, logistics, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, suppliers, and building processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic scheduling tools.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and travel between job sites as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred But Not Required:

  • Experience with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
  • Light commercial experience (e.g., churches, apartments).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
