Job summary

Clark is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to serve as a financial resource for construction projects and act as the liaison between operations and corporate finance. This highly visible role focuses on reporting, compliance, and processing for projects from $20M to $1B in contract value, with hands-on site involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Compiling owner requisition and subcontractor accounts payable processing.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract review.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and forecast project finances.
• Monitor change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Ensure permits and insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings and develop team members.
• Support audits and small business tracking reporting.
