Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to serve as a financial partner for construction projects and liaise between operations and corporate finance. You will handle financial reporting, compliance, and project-wide processing for projects ranging from $20 million to $1 billion.

You will report to the Project Manager/Project Executive with input from regional leadership, working on site with the project team and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Compile owner requisition and accounts payable processing.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, and project reporting.
• Ensure insurance coverage and permits for subcontractors; manage field payroll.
