Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator in Dallas, onsite. The role focuses on change management, contract administration, forecasting support, project audits, and closeout activities to strengthen the financial health of projects.

The position reports to Learning and Development Manager / Director and requires 3–7 years’ experience in construction administration or project controls, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Vista ERP. Travel is moderate (25–30%).

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista.
• Maintain contract values and revenue tracking.
• Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis.
• Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation; support reporting and project controls processes.
• Mentor and assist Project Controls Coordinators.
