Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting, proactive financial analysis, and strategic decision support while maintaining budget integrity and project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced financial certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting for project budgets and cost breakdowns.
• Cost tracking and analysis of variances vs. budget.
• Financial and progress reporting, including cash flow and balance sheets.
• Contract and change order management with vendors/subcontractors.
• Risk management and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Collaboration with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Finance, and Procurement.
