Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, and cash disbursements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Construction accounting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Weekly deposits, lien waivers, and monthly contract billings
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify purchase orders, enter subcontractor and vendor invoices, and assist with payments
• Project Accounting: Track change orders and support job cost reporting
• Office Administration: Vehicle registrations, airport badging, injury reporting, and OSHA logs
• Front Desk & Office Support: Answer phones, greet visitors, process mail, and maintain project files
