Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, billing, or accounts receivable experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

• Experience with ERP/accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage customer invoices and project billings.
• Monitor A/R aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Apply customer payments and reconcile account discrepancies.
• Resolve billing issues and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support month-end accounting activities and reporting.
