CFS in Bellevue, WA seeks a Staff Accountant to support project financials and core accounting operations. You will handle project billings, invoicing, AP/AR, and month-end tasks while ensuring accurate revenue tracking and cost adjustments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3+ years in accounting, preferably in construction, and strong Excel skills. The role emphasizes collaboration across operations and finance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred with 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Construction accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with job costing, project billing, AP/AR, and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills; Spectrum is a plus.
• Ability to wear many hats and work in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project billings, invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and subcontractor compliance documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations, general ledger entries, and job cost adjustments.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure accurate project setup, billing, and revenue tracking.
