CFS is seeking an Accountant to support project accounting and general accounting functions for a growing construction-focused business in Plymouth, MN. This role blends accounting, receivables, cash management, and operational finance responsibilities.

Key duties include project setup, billing, change orders, job accounting, AR monitoring, cash forecasting, and month-end close. This position offers stability, growth potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project setup, billing, change orders, and job accounting.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collection efforts
• Perform cash forecasting, reconciliations, and daily cash management activities.
• Maintain contract and change order documentation.
• Complete month-end reconciliations and support the close process.
• Assist with administrative accounting functions as needed.
