Job summary

Erickson-Hall Construction Co. based in Pasadena, California, is seeking a proactive project support professional in a role that supports document control, budgeting, and cost management across project lifecycles.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year construction degree or related field, experience in commercial/public works, and strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. This position emphasizes collaboration with architects, owners, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial and/or public works construction projects.
• Bachelors or four-year degree in CM, construction science, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current construction methods, materials and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project document control ensuring documents are complete, current, and stored properly.
• Assist in preparing cost proposals and change orders.
• Develop project budgets and buy-out/contracting of the work.
• Assist with project accounting, Owner billings, and reviewing Subcontractor payments.
• Assist with controlling budgets and cost control throughout the life of the project.
• Assist with the submittal, RFI, and project documentation requirements.
• Develop and assist manage the CPM schedule.
• Assist project subcontractors including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, monitoring budget and cost, manage billings.
• Assist with the coordination of the project architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel.
