Performance Contracting Group Sacramento is seeking a Project Assistant to support PCI Sacramento 556 operations in North Highlands, CA. You will input project data in Excel and Bluebeam, create punch lists, and help prepare RFIs and submittals.

This role emphasizes labor control, quantity take-offs for material ordering, and maintaining timely project documentation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a construction-related degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to multitask.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Input project information into Excel and Bluebeam.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Assist with the preparation RFIs and submittals.
• Assist with managing labor control on the project.
