Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field or current enrollment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; Excel/Word required.
• Ability to read specs and drawings and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Input project information into Excel and Bluebeam.
• Create and manage punch lists for projects.
• Assist with preparing RFIs and submittals.
• Support labor control on the project.
• Assist with quantity take-offs for material orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence.
• Track and value material handling.
