Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple moving parts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and help manage project budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with field teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Help identify and resolve project issues, ensuring timely problem-solving and minimal disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project records, including reports, contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.
