KeyResponsibilities

• AssistProjectManagerswithplanning,scheduling,andcoordinatingprojectactivitiestomeetdeadlines.
• Supportthepreparation,submission,andtrackingofbudgetestimatesandprojectcosts.
• Collaboratewithclients,architects,engineers,contractors,andinternalteamstohelpresolveprojectissues.
• TrackprojectprogressandpreparereportsforProjectManagersandclients.
• Reviewandinterpretengineering,architectural,andconstructiondrawings.
• Monitorworkforadherencetoqualitystandards,specifications,andsafetycodes.
• Participateincontractdocumentation,revisions,andcompliancetracking.
• Helpcoordinateresponsestodelays,weatherimpacts,oron‑siteemergencies.
• Maintainaccurateprojectfiles,documentation,andrecords.
• Buildandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithowners,managers,designers,supervisors,tradespeople,andcraftworkers.

RequiredSkills&Qualifications
