• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Construction Management/Construction Science degree program
• Reading and interpreting specifications and drawings is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and learn new skills quickly
• Ability to multitask and follow directions from multiple sources
• Demonstrates critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Input project information into Excel and Bluebeam
• Create and manage punch lists for projects
• Assist with preparation of RFIs and submittals
• Assist in labor control on the project
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs for material ordering
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and correspondence
• Track and value material handling costs
