Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling is seeking a Construction Project Assistant to support project managers on job sites and in daily operations. You will transport documents and materials, coordinate deliveries, and help keep projects organized while communicating professionally with customers and team members.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused role offering paid training, industry certifications, and a clear path to advancement in construction and project management.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers on job sites and with daily operations
• Transport documents, materials, and equipment to/from customers, offices, and sites
• Help coordinate deliveries and keep materials organized
• Provide basic job updates
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• Assist with administrative and general project tasks

What We Need

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. daily
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable in active construction/restoration environments
• Construction, demolition, or restoration experience a plus, but not required
