United Property Restoration Services is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support field operations across New England and New York. This hybrid role blends on-site work with project coordination and administrative support, with a clear path to advance to Construction Manager/Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of construction or coordination experience, are highly organized, proactive, and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations & Project Support: Travel to job sites, document progress, track deficiencies, and support field teams.
• Project Coordination & Execution: Coordinate subcontractors, selections, budget procurement, contract adherence, track schedules, assist with change orders, and support on-time project delivery.
• Administrative & Financial Support: Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses while maintaining accuracy and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide status updates, action plans, maintain project files, and support client/management reporting.

We are seeking a Assistant Construction Manager to support construction operations across New England and New York. This hybrid role combines field execution, project coordination, and administrative support, with a defined path to grow into a Construction Manager/Project Manager position.
