Job summary

SERVPRO of Bear, New Castle, and Upper Darby is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Coordinator to join the Reconstruction Department. This role collaborates with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and vendors to move projects from authorization through completion and final billing.

Key duties include maintaining project files, tracking budgets, coordinating schedules, and supporting billing.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of project coordination or construction administration experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable learning construction and restoration software.
• Ability to work independently while supporting Project Managers and the broader team.
• Ability to follow up and maintain accountability to schedules, commitments, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reconstruction projects from authorization through final billing.
• Create, organize, and audit project files and required records.
• Track budgets, documents, and change orders; ensure accuracy.
• Manage subcontractor scheduling and vendor communications.
• Assist with estimating, budgeting, and billing support.
• Maintain schedules and ensure timely project milestones.
• Provide professional telephone and administrative support to customers.
