SERVPRO of Lafayette is hiring a Construction Administrator to support our reconstruction division, helping to manage projects and guide customers through complex restoration processes. This essential role will work across divisions to implement technology and processes that streamline construction projects and improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience in the construction/restoration industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team huddles to discuss daily project management.
• Reach out to customers regarding scheduling, timelines, and project progress.
• Learn and manage insurance company requirements and communicate with insurance personnel.
• Manage internal/external communications as needed.
• Create and manage accurate digital construction job files.
• Assist with project management including permits, estimates, budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Onboard and manage vendors, suppliers, subcontractors.
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Meet with managers for regular feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction.
