Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction inspection, testing, and contract administration procedures.
• Experience managing consultant construction engineering and inspection contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with federal agencies and resolve construction-related disputes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with Equal Employment Opportunity and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise compliance monitoring.
