Qualifications

• College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Five or more years of project accounting/administrative experience in piping, mechanical or construction.

Responsibilities

• Completes project setup for various project types (LS, T&M, Unit Rate).
• Balance timesheets and enter employee time daily into systems.
• Perform payroll processing for the business unit.
• Invoicing and supporting billing submissions with backup documentation.
• Track project costs through multiple reporting methods.
• Prepare client reports such as cost reports and daily headcounts.
• Ability to purchase construction materials as needed for a job site.
• Coordinate and supervise others in a field setting as required.
